What BANKFIT does

BANKFIT is developing an educational banking research and comparison service for adults in the United States. BANKFIT is not a bank, credit union, lender, or financial institution. A comparison is not an application for an account or loan, and BANKFIT does not decide eligibility or approval.

Suggestions have limits

Future comparisons will reflect the information you provide, the factors we evaluate, and the institutions and account data covered at the time. They will not guarantee the best bank for every person, complete market coverage, approval, returns, savings, or other financial outcomes. You should confirm current fees, rates, conditions, deposit insurance, and eligibility directly with the institution before deciding.

How we intend to compare

Our planned comparison factors include account costs and fee-waiver rules, balance requirements, access to branches and ATMs, digital features, support preferences, and credit union membership rules. Military or membership connections are optional and will be used only to identify membership requirements worth checking. We do not use this preview to evaluate creditworthiness.

Saved research previews compare a dated catalog of eight deposit accounts using disclosed filters and preference rules. Other questionnaire answers are context only; they are not all used in this version. No compensation is used in ordering. Paid checkout is disabled.

Research tools and transparency

The current preview uses structured questionnaire rules and FDIC records. The optional AI-assisted research action searches official institution pages only after payment for that report is confirmed. Free browsing, questionnaires, and policy support do not call AI. Each included account permits one research attempt per purchased report; daily usage limits also apply. It sends account names and allowed domains to OpenAI, not your personal profile or ZIP. It does not change the rules-based ranking. AI output is supplementary, may be wrong, and must be checked against cited disclosures. Availability depends on the service connection and API credits.

Current data coverage

The free explorer requests exact-ZIP branch records from FDIC BankFind. Results are alphabetical location listings, not rankings or account recommendations. They do not establish current account fees, rates, suitability, or eligibility. Credit union exploration currently links to the official NCUA locator; saved research previews include a limited selection of Alliant and Navy Federal accounts, with membership eligibility unconfirmed. BANKFIT is not endorsed by either agency.

Planned price and purchases

The planned fee is $7 per comparison, charged once rather than as a subscription. Every option included in that purchased report is part of that purchase. A new comparison is a separate purchase. No payments are accepted in this preview. The intended total is $7 including applicable tax. Access is delivered to your signed-in account after payment is verified. Within seven days of purchase, you may request a refund from your report page. A recorded request does not mean a refund has already been processed. BANKFIT will review and process eligible requests; access ends when a full refund is confirmed. Customer support contact and final business details must be completed before checkout opens.

Your BANKFIT account

The Cloudflare review app uses email and password sign-in. Passwords are hashed, and account sessions use cookies. Account verification and password recovery use secure email links delivered through Resend. Your email address and the transactional message, including the one-time link, go to Resend; questionnaire answers do not. Use a unique password and keep it secure. Sign out on shared devices. This review version is not ready for paid service.

Your information in this preview

Answers stay in page memory unless you explicitly create a saved report. With consent, BANKFIT stores your ZIP and up to twelve matching preferences, report content, consent version, and timestamps linked to your sign-in. Military and other unneeded answers are not sent. You can delete saved profile and report content, or delete your account from the Account page. Account deletion removes sign-in access, saved questionnaire/report content, research notes, support messages, and matching early-access signup. Minimal purchase and refund records may be retained separately. Your ZIP is sent to FDIC when you choose to search nearby branches. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, bank passwords, card details, or other sensitive identifiers. Early-access signups are stored separately under the privacy details shown on the home page.

Responsibility and consumer rights

You choose whether to act on information from BANKFIT. Educational comparisons do not replace professional advice for your circumstances. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude liability or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. These terms do not promise that BANKFIT has no legal responsibility if a recommendation disappoints you.

Our help center provides automated published-policy explanations without sending messages to AI. Private support requests are stored with your sign-in for later support review and can be deleted. Support and refund requests trigger an email alert to BANKFIT containing your reply address and request reference. Questionnaire answers and support-message contents are not copied to that email. Delivery problems are shown so you can contact support directly; no response-time guarantee is offered. Deleting a request does not recall alerts already delivered.

Before paid launch

This preview is not a final paid-service agreement. The service is operated by BANKFIT LLC. Tax setup, final purchase testing, and final paid-service terms remain pending.
